 This is a great little outbuilding that would make a wonderful guest cottage or art studio. It's 12'x14' with enough room for a small loft under the rafters. The siding and roofing material were salvaged. The frame is hewn Spruce circa 1820.

 The Granite, Nh Barn is a circa 1870 carriage barn. It is a 28'x30'four bent barn with a tie below the plate. With a 3'6" knee wall there is a full second floor.
This would make a great small house, two car garage with a second floor apartment, or a great studio. (SOLD!)
